This Privacy Policy explains what information The ThriveOS collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

The ThriveOS ("we", "us", "our") is operated by The Skillful Company. This policy applies to our website, assessment, courses, AI coaches, and personal dashboard (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information generated as you use the Services:

  • Contact and lead details: name and email when you take the assessment, join via a popup, or sign up for updates.
  • Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
  • Assessment data: your responses and resulting ThriveOS score and category breakdown.
  • Dashboard content: your weekly rhythm, priorities, habit check ins, saved AI prompts and tools, and messages you exchange with the AI coaches.
  • Application and contact details: information you submit to apply for the Intensive or send through the contact form (for example, role, company, goals, phone).
  • Usage and device data: pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location, browser and device information, and similar analytics.

3. How we use your information

  • provide and personalize the Services, including your score, dashboard, and AI coaching;
  • send you your results, weekly email digests (if you opt in), and service related messages;
  • process applications and respond to your inquiries;
  • improve the Services, measure performance, and run experiments (for example, testing headline variants);
  • maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI coaching and your data

To generate personalized coaching, plans, and suggestions, relevant context (such as your score, priorities, and the messages you send) is processed by our AI provider. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information you do not want processed. AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; see our disclaimer.

5. How we share information (service providers)

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with trusted providers who process data on our behalf so the Services can function, including:

  • Authentication: Google sign in.
  • Assessment: our assessment provider (ScoreApp).
  • Email: our email delivery provider (Resend).
  • Course hosting and payments: our course platform (Thinkific) and its payment processors.
  • AI processing: our large language model provider, used to power the AI coaches and tools.
  • Hosting and database: our application hosting and database infrastructure.
  • Analytics: product analytics and session insights (PostHog) to understand and improve usage.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. Cookies, analytics, and local storage

We use cookies, similar technologies, and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as a dismissed guide or an experiment variant), and measure usage. Our analytics provider may record aspects of your session to help us improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Services work.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your rights").

8. Your rights and choices

  • access, correct, or delete your personal information;
  • opt out of marketing or digest emails at any time (via the toggle in your dashboard or the link in our emails);
  • object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable law provides those rights.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International users

We and our providers may process and store information in countries other than yours. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.

11. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Please review this page periodically.
