The ThriveOS ("The ThriveOS", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by The Skillful Company, provides a human effectiveness education program including a free assessment, the ThriveOS Blueprint, the ThriveOS Intensive, AI coaches, and a personal dashboard (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Some features (such as the dashboard) require you to sign in, currently via Google authentication. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your access secure. You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

Paid offerings (for example, the ThriveOS Blueprint and the ThriveOS Intensive) are described on the site along with their prices. Course payments may be processed by third party providers (such as our course platform). The Intensive is offered by application and subject to acceptance.

Where a satisfaction guarantee is stated for a specific product (for example, a 14 day guarantee on the Blueprint), the terms shown at the point of purchase apply. Except where a guarantee or a non waivable legal right applies, fees are non refundable. Taxes may apply based on your location.

The Services include AI powered coaches and tools that generate suggestions, plans, and responses. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to act on any AI generated content. Do not rely on AI output as a substitute for professional advice.

The Services are for general education and self improvement only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by your use of the Services.

Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, circumstances, and consistency. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar outcomes. We do not guarantee any specific result.

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:

• copy, resell, or redistribute paid materials without authorization;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services;
• use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• submit content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

The Services, including course content, the ThriveOS method, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by The Skillful Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non transferable license to access purchased materials for your own use. All other rights are reserved.

The Services rely on and may link to third parties (for example, authentication, assessment, payment, course hosting, email, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The ThriveOS and The Skillful Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The ThriveOS and The Skillful Company from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which The Skillful Company is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by a non waivable law that applies to you.
